September 12, 2019 – Write Your Recovery – at The Capital District Recovery Center

Thursday September 12 6 to 8pm

Join us for this one-night workshop on using writing in recovery. We’ll experiment with the many ways that we can use writing for personal growth, fun and creativity. Of, course we use writing when we do step work, and many people in recovery want to learn more about journaling, creative writing, poetry, fiction or memoir.

In this workshop we’ll try a sampling of writing exercises and techniques. We’ll also talk about how to start your writing project, and how to keep going. You’ll learn, you’ll laugh and you’ll write.

This is a workshop for women and men from all twelve-step programs.

Workshop fee includes materials: $20.00
